Description
This is an HDR panorama of approximately 9 total images showing the Milky Way Galaxy over the lights of Tucson, Arizona from Windy Point Vista in the Catalina Mountains.
Nothing is super imposed, it's just an HDR blend of three different exposures done with the camera pointed three different directions to create the panorama and show the lights and stars simultaneously. One of my more complicated photos!

Immediately I am there as a part of this great, starry night sky above the city of Tuscon. Food for the soul. F/L/TW.

You are so welcome, Chance. I have great admiration and appreciation for such dedication to get the shot. I know about the wind, just one of the obstacles I face in trying to get that perfect or not so perfect shot. I appreciate you taking the time to reply.
Chance Kafka replied:
Thanks again! I'd say the effort I put into this one was well worth it when I did it.

Very well executed photography here, Chance. This would be an ambitious endeavor for me. So I applaud you for your success in pulling this off. Windy Point is a fabulous choice at showcasing the city lights of Tucson. Well done! LF

Janet, thanks so much for this thoughtful comment! It was an endeavor indeed and involved about 40 minutes of trying to get a panorama that wasn't fuzzy (it was literally Windy and Windy Point) and then sticking the panorama etc took another half an hour. One of the more complex shots I've ever done but I am happy you like it!
